System description SiteFusion
SiteFusion is a state-of-the-art, XML-based content management and workflow solution.
At its core, SiteFusion is based on the Enterprise NoSQL/XML database MarkLogic, which is already included in the SiteFusion Suite as an OEM license. The second core component is the BPM workflow engine by Camunda, which allows the management of all organizational and technical processes inside of SiteFusion.
SiteFusion follows a best-of-breed approach and intelligently combines leading tools such as XML editors Fonto or Oxygen, DeltaXML for XML Merge & Compare or the publishing framework parsX for a comprehensive, service-based overall solution.
Building on top of the core components, SiteFusion provides standardized solutions, which can be adapted to typical publishing processes. All roles are included, starting from the author to the finished product or service.
