Colour difference

Distance between two colours within a colour space. Both colors must be colorimetrically recorded and determined numerically. The difference results in the colour difference, e.g. Delta E according to the CIE standard. Delta E values can be used as default values for colour matching.

Additional parameters

Motif and colour shade must also be taken into account during colour matching. Visual evaluation also plays an important role.
