Digital print
In digital printing, the print data is combined into a digital printing form (see imposition) and transferred directly from the computer to the digital printing machine. There the variable imaging of the print image carrier takes place. The print image carrier is imaged anew with every turn and so personalised print products are created.
Benefits with Web-to-Print
In conjunction with web-to-print systems, digital printing makes it possible to produce printed matter with a maximum degree of automation.
